The Chill Well Method

Chill:

How We Flow

in 20 Minutes or less

01

The Chill Well Method uses guided meditation to help you rest, pause, and return to the present moment. Meditation dates back to 1500 BCE. Over time, meditation evolved. In Buddhism, meditation isn't about escape; it is about seeing clearly. Today, mindfulness spans across various modes, making it more mainstream and relatable.

Getting our thoughts out, whether in a journal, on a piece of paper, or in the notes section on our phone, helps the thoughts feel easier and find clarity. The Chill Well Method prompts ways to stop our thoughts from lingering.

Have you ever stopped to feel the breath in your body? The moment you've reacted instead of responded, have you ever noticed your breath quicken, or your tension rise? The Chill Well Method uses breath exercises to strengthen the mind-body connection, which you can use in every moment of every day.

Sound has a profound healing effect on our bodies. From specific frequencies to that one song you can't stop listening to on a summer day with the windows down. The Chill Well Method suggests various sounds and playlists to bring you back.

Chill: Sound

Sound evokes feelings that help heal our nervous system, and some songs bring us back to a time that makes us smile. Taking 20 minutes to sing out loud, listening to a playlist from a certain era, or listening to specific sound frequencies can reset our day. Pause with sound.

Chill: Focus

Let's find 20 minutes to Chill Well. Yes, it's hard to find time, but it's essential. Let these 20 minutes shape the next part of your day or night.

Chill: Breathe

During these Chill Well sessions, you'll be realigning your breath. Don't think of breathing exercises; think of regulating your breathing in the middle of a meeting or while the kids are running around to keep you present and calm.

Chill: Rest

Whether you have 5 or 20 min, check out the guided mindful sessions to help you pause. These can be done in the middle of a chaotic day, while cooking dinner for the kids, or alone.
